Make a difference by donating the pence from your payslip (and we‘ll match it)

Rowland, People Group Services wants to help support the people of Ukraine. You can too just by donating your pennies.

At least 3 million people have fled their homes to escape conflict in Ukraine leaving behind jobs, belongings and loved ones, they now face an uncertain future.

One of the best ways to help is by donating cash through trusted charities and aid organisations, rather than donating goods.

Would you like to help us in raising much needed cash to help these people?

All we ask is that you opt to donate the pennies in your wages from your net pay. People Group will match your donation on a weekly basis and contribute to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal.

Its really simple to join us in our quest, just opt in below to donate your pennies.

How Does it Work?

If your net pay was £241.59 you would be donating the 59p to the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal,
which we will deduct and donate on your behalf.
People Group will match your donation each week, so in this example we would turn
 59p into £1.18.

We will only donate the pennies from your net wage so
your donation will never be more than 99p
each payroll.

The campaign will run over the next 8 weeks and you can opt in and out as much as you like during that period, you don't have to commit to all 8 weeks.

We could raise thousands of pounds over the coming weeks with your help.

  • £30 could provide essential hygiene supplies for three people for one month
  • £50 could provide blankets for four families
  • £100 could provide emergency food for two families for one month

18 MILLION people are projected to become affected. 4 MILLION people expected to be displaced due to the conflict in Ukraine

Start Donating: Your Gift Aid Declaration, for present and future donations

The Gift Aid scheme is for gifts of money by individuals who pay UK tax. Gift Aid increases the value of your donation to charities by allowing them to reclaim the basic rate tax paid on your donation. If you pay higher rate tax, you can claim extra relief on your donations.

Charities take your donation - which is money you‘ve already paid tax on - and reclaim the basic rate tax from HM Revenue and Customs on its ‘gross’ equivalent - the amount before basic rate tax was deducted.
